CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

Yes! Just email or phone sarasattic with the item details and it can be held for you for up to 14 days.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD STOCK TO sarasattic?

Items are regularly added to sarasattic, mostly at weekends. It is a good idea to contact Sara with any requests and she can keep you in mind when shopping!!

HOW CAN I PAY?

We take most credit/debit cards, personal & business cheques and cash. Just click on the buy now buttons and the item will be saved into your shopping basket. (where there are no buttons please contact Sara direct)

When you have finished shopping, click on basket and you will be taken to a secure payment page. For cash & cheque purchases, you just need to call or email us to reserve the item(s). See our order page for more details.

I LIVE IN USA WILL YOU SHIP TO ME?

Of course! We ship worldwide and can offer different postal options to suit your purse!

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST ME?

Standard postage within UK is FREE! Next day delivery is available for Uk customers. International customers are charged at cost for postage, packing & handling. Airmail, Airsure & Surface options are available.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASES?

If you wish to return any item (accessories, shoes & bags are non-refudnable) please advise us within 24 hours of your confirmed receipt.

The item must be returned to us unworn within 7 days of your confirmed receipt. You may exchange your item for another of the same or greater value or receive a refund at the Attic's discretion.

We reserve the right, to refuse a refund on any item, which we believe to have be worn or damaged. We do not sell an item on approval terms. All postage/packing & handling costs are non refundable and purchases subject to free postage, will have costs debited from original amount paid.
