ORDERS

When you have made your selection, please make a note of the item number(s) and email or phone your order to us.

Standard parcel postage is used for all UK deliveries unless you request otherwise.

The cost includes compensation cover up to the value of the item.

Please note that House of Vintage cannot be held liable for loss or damage to items in transit, but will assist in making relevant postage claims. P+P costs are non refundable.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE - Please email us with your postal requirements.

Please note that only one offer/discount/voucher may be applied per transaction.

UK P+P Costs are as follows:

small packets - £5.95 ( up to 5kgs)

medium parcels - £8.95 (5-10kgs)

Large Parcels - £14.95 (10-20kgs)

PAYMENT

When you have emailed us confirming your order, we shall reserve the item(s) for 7 days, whilst awaiting your payment. We accept PAYPAL, CASH, UK POSTAL ORDERS, UK PERSONAL CHEQUES with bankers card details and UK BUSINESS CHEQUES.

For INTERNATIONAL orders, we accept PAYPAL, BANKERS CHEQUES IN £UK. Please contact us for further information.

DISPATCH

Your order will be dispatched as soon as the payment has been banked and cleared. You will be advised when goods have been dispatched and your confirmation when in receipt of goods is appreciated.

RETURNS

If you wish to return any item please advise us within 24 hours of your confirmed receipt. The item must be returned to us unused within 7days of your receipt. You may exchange your item for another of the same or greater value or receive a refund at the House's discretion. We reserve the right, to refuse a refund on any item, which we believe to have be used or damaged.We do not sell an item on approval terms.

PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE/PACKING/HANDLING CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED FROM VALUE OF SALE AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

PERSONAL DETAILS

Be assured that your personal details will be deleted from the computer when the order has been transacted fully and manually filed for accounting purposes. We will never knowingly pass your details to a third party. Only your email address is kept electronically, to enable us to send you selected stock updates and seasonal newsletters. Please advise us if you do not wish to be contacted in this manner.
