When you have emailed me confirming your order, l shall reserve the item(s) for 7 days, whilst awaiting your payment.

DISPATCH

Your order will be dispatched as soon as the payment has been banked and cleared. You will be advised when goods have been dispatched and your confirmation when in receipt of goods is appreciated. Please note that Ritzy Retro cannot be held liable for loss or damage to items in transit, but will assist in making relevant postage claims

RETURNS

If you wish to return any item please advise us within 24 hours of your confirmed receipt. The item must be returned to us unworn within 7 days of your confirmed receipt. You may exchange your item for another of the same or greater value or receive a refund at the Attic's discretion. We reserve the right, to refuse a refund on any item, which we believe to have be worn or damaged.We do not sell an item on approval terms.
